BeThe1Percent is a minimalist focus and productivity application that uses your device's proximity and orientation sensors to automatically start and stop focus sessions when the phone is placed face-down or picked up.

2. Subscription Services

BeThe1Percent Premium offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

Weekly Subscription: $1.99 per week
Yearly Subscription: $19.99 per year (Best Value)

Note: Prices may vary by location and tax regulations. Current pricing is always displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

Important Subscription Information:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days.
Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase.

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel

You must cancel your subscription through your device's account settings (e.g., Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions on iOS). The app developer does not have the ability to cancel it for you.
